Canal Santé, specialist in online training for health professionals, opens its capital for the first time. The French company entrusts a majority position to Extens, which thus joins the two co-founders, who are still shareholders. Structured financing, currently under negotiation, will complete the transaction. Enhanced training organization, holder of Qualiopi quality certification, Canal Santé offers e-learning courses for doctors, nurses, midwives, physiotherapists and even pharmacists. It also designs training tailored to the demand of health facilities. The company, whose turnover is between 3 and 10 million euros, has seen its activity accelerate during the health crisis, with a growth of more than 30%. Continuing its development at a sustained pace, it has supported almost 3,000 trainees in 2021, through 800 training sessions. The platform is currently working to expand its catalog to, in particular, target other medical professions. The goal is to offer 50 modules by the end of the year, compared to about thirty today.
